It seems crazy, but another school year has ended. This was the end of my seventh year of teaching, but summer still seems strange when it does finally arrive.
I am busy with errands and preparations to leave on Friday for Washington DC, and then on to Germany on Sunday. There never seems like there is enough time, but I am sure I will be ready.
I am a third grade gifted and talented teacher at Brooks School Elementary (Hamilton Southeastern Schools) in Fishers, Indiana. I was chosen to be a part of a study trip to experience modern Germany from June 13th - June 28th of 2008. This blog will be updated regularly for my students, family, colleagues, and friends during my trip.
